Lincoln's Beard Food and Beer Pairing Extravaganza

We always enjoy spending time at our favorite local brewery Lincoln’s Beard but this Friday night was even more fun than usual when we paired up with the nice people at the Booth for a food pairing with their awesome fare.  Tacos with Chupacabra Citrus, Nachos piled high with toppings and a dollop of Slenderman Strawberry to kick up the heat, even veggie burgers with some of that tasty Bladenboro Reaper.  We also gave folks a sneak preview of a sauce we are currently developing the Jersey Datil!  Can’t think of a better way to spend a warm Miami night than drinking a P. Swayze IPA or our newest favorite beer Se Acabo La Dieta, a heady mix of guava and tamarind.  Can’t wait until our next visit so we can once again Get Weird with the Beard!
